RETURN POLICY

All pieces in this shop are handmade by me and one of a kind. Small variations in shape, surface, colour and size are part of the work and not considered defects.

For this reason I cannot accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind or minor variations in appearance.

If an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the piece and the packaging. We will then decide together on a suitable solution – either a refund or, if available, a similar replacement piece.

If a parcel is returned to me because it could not be delivered, or because customs / import fees were not paid, I can only refund the item price minus all shipping costs (outgoing and return) and any additional fees charged by the carrier.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

This shop is run by anotherclay / Ben Levy. By placing an order you agree to the terms described on this page.

Orders & payment

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed at checkout. I reserve the right to cancel and refund an order in rare cases (for example if an item was listed with an obvious error or is no longer available).

Shipping

All pieces are packed carefully, shipped with tracking, and insured where possible. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on destination.

Estimated delivery times are guidelines only. I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, courier companies, strikes, or customs processing.

Customs & import taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, VAT or import taxes charged by your country’s customs office or delivery service. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. They are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities or carrier.

• comply with legal and tax obligations

Third-party services

This shop is hosted by Squarespace and uses integrated payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal) and shipping services. These companies process your data on my behalf in order to provide their services. They have their own privacy policies that describe how they handle your information.

Data retention

Order information is kept for as long as necessary for accounting and legal obligations. After that it may be deleted or anonymised.
